Orders
You will receive a track & trace link by e-mail as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
If you want to cancel the order, it is best to call +32 471 81 36 32 as soon as possible. If you have placed your order on working days before 13:00, the orders will leave our warehouse between 16:00 and 18:00. Has your order already left our warehouse? Then there is no way for us to cancel the order. You do have the right to return your order. For more information about returns, go to Return Policy.
Payments
We offer most common payment methods. You can pay with: Credit Cards, IDEAL, SOFORT, Giropay and Bancontact.
Like most reliable sites, we use the SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information. SSL is the standard for internet payments and is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari and other popular browsers.
Shipping
We do our very best to deliver your product within 1-3 working days depending on where you live. All packages are sent from Belgium.
We ship your product with Bpost and DPD.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive a track&trace number to follow your package.
Shipping will be added on check out and costs € 6,99
Returns
All products purchased via yessbelgium.com can be returned. Please note our return policy.
You can submit a request for return within 14 days after receiving the order, to info@yessbelgium.shop. Please clearly state your name and order number. You will receive a return form via e-mail. Please fill it out and enclose it with the goods to be returned.
The costs of returning are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise. Items can only be returned in its original packaging and unworn.
We refund the money on the bank account used placing the order.
